An unexpected visit from a Lazy Farmer, left the children in Year 1 a little bemused as to why he would be eating chocolates and falling asleep – just like the character they have been reading about.
They quickly took the opportunity to give him some very good advice on working hard and eating a more healthy diet.
He took some convincing to eat a pear! They told me that he would definitely try to do better in future.
A fantastic visit enjoyed by all the pupils and good memories stored.
