Yesterday pupils from year 5 and 6 took part in a cross country race at St Michael’s School. Many schools took part in this qualifying round; there were 70 children in each race boys and girls. The pupils ran around St Michael’s and Nicholas Chamberlain’s school fields (it was a long way!) and two of our pupils managed to qualify for the next round, with one of our year 5 boys winning the boys race.
Well done to everyone who took part.
