The last performance of the Christmas Concert “Stargazers” is today at 1.30pm. The story follows the traditional nativity through the eyes of the three kings.

Year Five have been the central characters this year with all the other classes coming on and doing a class routine.

Reception were Angels and sang “shhhh don’t tell Herod” beautifully. Year One bought a tear to many an eye with “Heaven on Earth” as stars. Year Two were also angels singing “The King of All Kings.” Year Three knew how to party at Herod’s Palace, they sang and free-styled to “One Big Party.” Year Four sang really well “Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh.” Year Six showed off their pompoms as camels in the song “Saddle up!”

The performance ends with the whole school on the stage singing “Stargazers” and it is then you realise what a magical performance it was this year. Well done and thankyou everybody you should be really proud.

Year 3 and 4 Theatre Visit

Thursday, 1 December 2011

Year 3 and 4 went to the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry to see the pantomime “Mother Goose.” They were all very well behaved throughout the production and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The children particularly enjoyed the extravagant costumes of Mother Goose herself! Even though we were sat at the back we were very high up so we had a good view of everything! We even got a mention at the end to give ourselves a cheer.
